Natasha is an early-career researcher with a background in psychology, sociology, environmental management and Antarctic governance. She is currently undertaking her PhD at the University of Canterbury with a research focus on the science-policy interface in an Antarctic context. The knowledge gained through Natasha’s research will inform the work of the Science-Policy Expert Group and aims to improve the effectiveness and positive impacts of science – decision-maker interactions through the Antarctic Science Platform.
