Dr Mario Krapp is a Research Fellow. His research explores, analyses and visualises environmental data sets. He has expertise in machine learning, deep neural networks, climate analytics, and earth system models.
In the Antarctic Science Platform, Mario is a member of the National Modelling Hub. He will provide a data-driven multidisciplinary perspective on the data generated from the platform, using techniques such as Bayesian networks, statistical emulation and machine learning.
