Alina is a pelagic marine ecologist with a strong interest in active acoustics, environmental DNA, food-web dynamics, biogeochemical cycling and environmental governance and protection.
In the Antarctic Science Platform, Alina is collecting acoustic data and collecting environmental DNA samples to assess the abundance and ecology mid-trophic species in the Ross Sea.
